Open days

You never forget that first walk through the doors of your future office. Come to us on an open day and you just might look back on it as the moment you first set your sights on a career with us. Our open days are for everyone – undergraduates, graduates and career changers, from any and all degree backgrounds.

Requirements

Our open days are open to:

  • Undergraduates, graduates and career changers of all degree disciplines

Expenses

We cover all standard-class travel expenses for our open days, so make sure you keep your receipts – and get in touch with the recruitment team if you need us to make special arrangements.

Deadlines

Open day applications are open:

1 October 2017 – 16 March 2018

When will I be there?

We currently have open days planned for the following days, and you’ll be asked to select the dates that best suit you:

  • 17 November 2017
  • 26 January 2018
  • 20 February 2018
  • 26 March 2018
  • 20 April 2018

What are open days?

Our open days are your one-day pass into our firm, to find out what goes on behind our doors. You’ll see how we work, get application and interview advice straight from our lawyers and trainee recruitment team, and explore what just might be your future offices.

Don’t be fooled though – you might go on a guided tour, but these open days are anything but passive. You’ll participate in workshops, question lawyers over lunch, and even speak directly with senior partners.

First impressions

You’re taking your first steps over our threshold – and it’s a moment to remember. Here’s what our current intake thought:

The first time I saw the firm – it was when I came up to London the day before I had my interview, and they had the central atrium lit up all in green. It was for an environmental cause and you could see it from the bank of the river.

First impressions? I remember I went round the back and got lost!

I was chatting with the receptionists before my interview, and I said to them, you know, the view, does it ever get old? And they said never. It was a good start.
